The treatment of the staff was incredible, they analyze your skin in a professional way to recommend 100% what goes according to your skin, also as a tourist I arrived thinking that they would only speak Korean but they had several translators in English, after doing the skin scanner, the doctor tells you which treatment suits your skin best and explains everything step by step, without pain and without everything well explained, I leave very happy with this clinic Thank you very much to the doctors and the whole team that attended me, when I return I will visit you again ☺️☺️

I had a great experience here! The clinic is very cute, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly nice. I had PRF done on my scalp, and the consultation was very thorough and informative. Everything was explained clearly in English, so it was very easy to understand the treatment and what to expect. I visited this clinic for mole removal treatment, and my wife also had one session of Rosacea laser treatment. (machine only, no additional skincare products or injections) I initially chose this clinic because the treatments were performed by real dermatologists rather than beauty consultants, which gave me confidence in the quality of care. The communication was good, and I had no problems with the treatments themselves. However, my main concern is the pricing. After the treatment, I discovered that other clinics in the same area offer similar treatments at significantly lower prices. For example, I paid for a package that included approximately 7 mole removals, while I later found packages offering around 20 mole removals for nearly half the price, I paid 850 usd for these 1 session treatment This made me question whether I received fair value for my money. I cannot say that I was scammed, as I do not have enough information to make that accusation, but the price I paid compared to what I received does not satisfy me. The pricing was disappointing. I visited D&A clinic today and I’m extremely impressed by how detailed they are. From the moment you get to the clinic, they are making sure you are accompanied. The staff speak English and make sure I understood everything. I had 3 consultations and met Doctor Choi. She is an amazing professional and made sure to recommend the best possible options for my skin concerns. The doctor is very nice and patient, she made me feel reassured and guided me through the process. The treatments weren’t as painful as I thought. I did a ULTHERAPY prime and Thermage. They keep checking on you to make sure you are okay. Overall a very good experience, certified dermatologist that actually will recommend what’s best for you. I will comeback! I finally found a clinic that takes such a deep and thoughtful approach to treating skin. Before coming here, I felt like my post-acne concerns were being treated quite superficially. Here, for the first time, everything was explained to me step by step: what can actually help my skin, what probably won’t, what results I can realistically expect, and why certain treatments are recommended. They also have English-speaking specialists, which made the whole process so much easier for me. I really appreciated how thoroughly they analyzed my skin instead of just suggesting random treatments. They also gave me clear recommendations for what to use at home after the procedures. I finally feel like I understand my skin and have an actual treatment plan rather than just trying different things and hoping they work. Next time I’m in Korea, I’m planning to stay for a month so I can come regularly and really work on getting my skin back in the best condition possible.
