Appointment & Deposit Information

Welcome to D&A Dermatology.

After submitting your appointment request, one of our coordinators will contact you to confirm and arrange your preferred appointment date and time. Please note that your appointment is only confirmed after the deposit payment has been completed.

Our clinic operates by appointment only to provide personalized care with minimal waiting time. A deposit of USD 35 (KRW 50,000) is required to confirm your booking due to recent no-shows.

The deposit can be paid via Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, or Wise. For consultation-only appointments, the deposit will be applied as the consultation fee or deducted from the treatment cost if you proceed with treatment.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time.

Who will conduct the consultation and treatment?

When you visit the dermatology clinic, a MarkVu skin analysis will be performed first. After the examination, a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of experience will recommend the most suitable treatments based on your skin concerns and proceed with the treatment accordingly.

Is interpretation available?

Yes, our clinic provides English and Chinese interpretation services to ensure smooth communication during your visit.

Is it possible to travel or take a flight after the treatment?

It depends on the type of treatment, but in most cases, there is no issue with traveling or taking a flight as long as you use proper sun protection after the procedure.

How long is the downtime?

For skin booster injections, needle marks usually last 1–2 days, and if bruising occurs, it may last about a week. For laser treatments, downtime varies depending on the procedure — some have little to no downtime, while others may cause temporary scabbing. In most cases, you can apply sunscreen and makeup starting the next day.

Do I need to make a deposit when booking?

Due to a recent increase in no-show appointments, managing our schedule has become more challenging. To ensure that we can continue offering attentive and timely care to all patients, we kindly request an advance deposit of 35USD(50,000KRW) to secure your appointment.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

Our clinic operates on a 100% appointment-only basis. Appointments can be booked from a minimum of 2 weeks in advance up to a maximum of 3 months ahead.
