At D&A Dermatology, we are not a high-volume, factory-style clinic. We operate on a 100% appointment-only basis, allowing us to provide personalized and attentive care to every patient.
To secure your appointment, a KRW 50,000 deposit is required at the time of booking. This policy has been introduced due to a recent increase in no-shows and helps us reserve dedicated consultation and treatment time for each patient while respecting everyone’s valuable time.
If you receive treatment on the same day, the KRW 50,000 deposit will be applied toward your treatment fee. For consultation-only appointments, the deposit will be applied toward the consultation fee. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
We are committed to providing the highest standard of medical care and personalized service.
You may still submit an appointment request without paying the deposit. However, in that case, your consultation can be arranged, but same-day treatment availability cannot be guaranteed.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. However, changes are not possible within 48 hours of your scheduled date.
Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. Booking in advance is the best way to secure your spot.
